When will my order be delivered?
All deliveries are made between 28.05.2020 am 30.05.2020.
I placed an order and received confirmation but have not heard since. Is everything ok with my order?
If you received your order confirmation email from us, that means your order is well received and we are doing our best to get it to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a more accurate delivery date.
How does free delivery work?
Koll an Aktioun does not charge shipping costs for orders paid before 26.05.2020. By paid we mean that the right amount was transferred to our bank account.
Can I choose a different delivery day?
Our online shop is limited in time and will close after 30.05.2020. Our delivery capacities are limited as well and therefore we will deliver between 28.05.2020 and 30.05.2020.
Can I order from outside Luxembourg?
No, unfortunately we are not able to guarantee delivery outside of Luxembourg.
How can I track my order?
Unfortunately we do not offer a tracking option.
I made a mistake with the delivery address. Can I still change it?
In general it is not possible to change the delivery address after placing the order. This has to do with the fact that the warehouse will start collecting your order as soon as possible in order to be able to send it out for you in time. Please check which address you enter. Should you notice that you have made a mistake in the delivery address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible on +352 621 532 177. (Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.) or send a message to concept@kollanaktioun.lu. If your order has not yet been processed by the warehouse, we will do our best to change the address for you.
Can a minor accept the delivery?
We understand that it is sometimes difficult to plan to be at home at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, Koll an Aktioun is not allowed and does not want to sell and/or deliver any packages to persons under the age of 18. In order to make sure that all our products are handed over to an adult (and thus act in accordance with laws and regulations), the delivery person can inquire about the age and ask for identification.
You tried to deliver my parcel, but I wasn’t home. What now?
If no one is at home, or if there is no adult who can accept the products, the delivery person will either take it back and try again the next day or will try to deliver it with a neighbour. We will contact you by phone or leave you a note to inform you.
I order for a company, can I deduct the VAT?
The Kollibri asbl is not subject to VAT
The billing address is not correct, can I change it?
Unfortunately it is not possible to change the billing address after ordering.
RETURN
I ordered something, but I’d like to return it. How can I do this?
As our online shop is limited in time, until 30.05.2020, returns are not possible.
